N1R needs managers that know the golden rule : treat others as you would like to be treated. Once I did a study of some great managers. Andrew Carnegie , J P Morgan , J C Penney , Sam Walton , Dave Thomas , and Richard Branson. They all had 3 talents in common :

1. They worked a lot of hours.
2. They knew their subject inside out.
3. They loved what they did.

N1R needs at least one person of this caliper at the top. Management by committee is great for problem solving. Many people though hide from risk in these committee meetings. Some one has to stick their neck out and make a decision. These are the managers N1R wants.
